MACHINE SHOP

  • Full machine shop
  • 6.3 meters diameter CNC lathe
  • 10 meter long CNC milling machines
  • Full complement of CNC vertical and horizontal lathes, work centre and manual machines
  • All supported by dedicated tool room and offline programming

FABRICATION SHOP

  • 115 meters long x 14 meters wide serviced by 2 x 10 ton overhead cranes
  • Weld processes MMA, MIG, semi automatic Sub Arc, flux cored and TIG
  • Plate rolling 3 meters x 25mm thick
  • Presses ranging from 5 to 500 ton
  • CNC fluid bed plasma cutter 14m x3m x 30mm thick and gas cutting up to 200mm thick
  • Spectrometer for material analysis
